Hi!
I'm here to help you.

Children are growing up in a world that challenges them every day.
A lot of information. A lot of pressure. Few filters.
Education today is no longer just about what students know, but about how they think, how they make choices, and how they stay grounded.
Donate. Relevant education is being built right now.

Let’s not kid ourselves that the future is a sure thing.
Let’s build it together, one child at a time, one emotion at a time.
Here's what the "
" feature looks like when you choose to turn it on.

100 lei
You’re helping a child learn how to stop ignoring their fears.
A first exercise in emotional self-regulation. A first “I did it!”
250 lei
You conduct two emotional coaching sessions for a child at risk of being abandoned. You teach the child not to give up on themselves.
500 lei
Provide direct support to a family where the parent-child bond has been broken. A process of reconnection. A healing “I understand.”
1,000 lei
You turn an entire classroom into a safe emotional space. A place where no one laughs at tears. A place where critical thinking is cool. A place where every child learns to be a human being.

#Let'sDoItOurselves
More than 11,000 people said “yes” to a child’s future. Their donations, totaling 5 million euros, were turned into tablets, teachers, counseling, and tangible support. The result? More than 120,000 children who now know they are not alone. That someone, somewhere, believed in them.
That’s the power of a donation. That’s what Narada is all about.

Why is Narada needed?
Critical thinking
Romania ranks near the bottom of the global rankings when it comes to teaching critical thinking in schools: 125th out of 141 countries.

This means that our students are far less prepared for the world and the jobs of tomorrow.
(Source: World Economic Forum – Global Competitiveness Report, 2019)
Self-regulation
More than a third of students frequently feel tired, sad, or anxious, and 1 in 4 is at emotional risk
(UNICEF & Ministry of Education and Research, 2025)
Resilience
The most stressful aspects for students as they transition to middle school are related to the fact that they have more to learn, more responsibilities, need to manage their time more independently, and have more subjects to study
(Narada Research, 2025)
Nearly half of fifth-graders choose not to think about the problem as a way to get through a difficult time, while about 40% choose to think about something more pleasant
(Narada Research, 2025)
For more than 70% of parents, lack of time is the main barrier preventing them from getting involved in their children’s school life
(Narada 2025 Research)
Today's educational system provides children with information, but it does not teach them how to understand themselves.
This is where the Narada mission begins!
Today’s children live at the pace of a digital world: acceleration, overstimulation, emotional isolation—without an internal foundation.

Through programs focused on critical thinking, emotional self-regulation, and psychological resilience, Narada no longer repairs schools, but supports the people within them. It is a social intervention that prevents dropout, isolation, and the grip of fear.
We are here because we cannot wait for the system to change on its own.
We're here because the children can't wait any longer.
Narada is the bridge: between fear and courage. Between isolation and connection. Between “I can’t do this anymore” and “Yes, I can.”
Răzvan's Story
The boy who learned to put on his own armor
When I first met Răzvan, he was the kind of kid who said that “bullying motivated him.” That his classmates’ jokes about his weight made him lose weight and push himself harder. He honestly believed that pain was good fuel. And yes, maybe that’s how it started. But in his eyes, there was exhaustion, not victory.

As part of the “Ordinary Needs for EXTRAORDINARY Children” program, Răzvan didn’t learn formulas or definitions. He learned something much harder: that he doesn’t have to change to be accepted. But to accept himself first. That his worth doesn’t come from how many sit-ups he does, but from the courage to be himself, even when his voice trembles.

At first, he was silent. He said he didn’t like hearing himself speak. But a few weeks later, he gently wrote, for the first time, a letter to his future self: “Your strength lies not only in your muscles, but in the will to keep going when others give up.”

Today, teachers say that Răzvan is more open, more confident, that he dares to participate, that he has the courage to ask questions. He no longer stays silent. And above all, he no longer judges himself. We didn’t teach him to run faster. Together, we taught him not to run away from himself. Because true strength isn’t about enduring. It’s about learning that you deserve more than just survival.
Why Narada exists. And why we need you.
For years, Narada has been there to address the most pressing needs.
We brought internet access to villages where teachers were still using paper-based student records. We sent tablets to places where children were sharing an old phone among siblings. We repaired roofs that were leaking directly onto their notebooks. We brought heat to classrooms where children were studying while still wearing their jackets.
Today, Romania no longer loses children simply because of what is lacking on the outside.
He loses them because, sometimes, deep down,
is even emptier.
Because they no longer feel up to it.
Because their voices are no longer heard, not even by themselves.
Because they come to school, but they feel invisible.
Narada has transformed.
Today, we are an organization that works with what lies beneath the surface: fear, shame, anxiety, and a sense of meaninglessness. We design interventions right in the classroom, on the ground, where each child’s relationships, emotions, and motivation can make all the difference.
We don’t just provide tablets anymore. We provide tools for life.

We help students manage their emotions, build courage, and discover their voice and inner strength. We help them never give up. And teachers get everything they need to do this—clear worksheets, team games, practical guides, without extra hours.

We step in where it hurts most right now: in 5th grade, when everything is new and overwhelming. In 8th grade, when pressure and failure seem bigger than dreams. In rural areas, where almost no one brings behavioral science into the classroom—but where it has the greatest impact.

We work with proven strategies, committed teachers, and real support for every school. We stay in a community for three years, until it becomes self-sufficient. We measure every step we take. And we don’t leave until the children’s voices begin to be heard clearly.

We don’t promise magic solutions. But we bring hope, structure, and trust where others say “it can’t be done.”

Narada repairs what isn’t visible: motivation, courage, the bond between child and teacher. And it does so with gentleness, science, and consistency.
We need you to move forward.
Because schools can’t wait any longer.

And neither can Romania’s children.

What did the people do?
Everything we do is based on more than just intuition. It’s backed by evidence.
At Narada, we don’t work on assumptions, nor do we let trends dictate our decisions.
Every intervention we develop starts with real questions from the field:

“Why doesn’t the child want to come to school anymore?”, “Why doesn’t he believe he can do it anymore?”, “What makes him give up before he even starts?”

We didn’t just guess the answers. I sought them out. I researched them. I listened to them patiently, straight from the mouths of children, teachers, and parents. I validated them through data, measurements, and analyses.

That is why, today, our intervention models are not just creative—they are tested, adapted, and calibrated.

They are built on scientific foundations, inspired by the most effective international practices in Social and Behavioral Change—an approach successfully used in education, health, and social inclusion in dozens of countries.
